Lovely light room in beautiful stylish flat

Nice double bedroom in safe shared flat just 2 minutes walk from Chalk Farm tube. Literally opposite bus stop too. There is a shared sitting room, one shared bathroom and two loos. An airy balcony is lovely for sitting on in the evening. I am looking for a quiet student preferably. 2 of the current girls are going into their last year of a maths degree. The other is doing a law conversion - so everyone will be studying hard. (They are normal though!) There are three house rules - shoes off in the flat; absolutely no smoking; respect your flatmates. There is great broadband. Bills are shared but it will probably work out as about £10-20 a month - depending how cold it is.
