Camden Town - Glass Penthouse Ensuite Double Room

Hey! My name is Benjamin and I have a spare room to rent in a two-bed two-floor penthouse apartment in Camden Town. Your ensuite room comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe, and bedside table and features floor-to-ceiling windows looking out across the rooftops of Camden. The living space includes an eat-in kitchen, lounge, and dining area as well as a perimeter balcony that spans the outside of the bottom floor. The living space is quite open and airy and also boasts glass floor-to-ceiling windows over the two floors across three sides of the flat. It's quite extraordinary.

It's a 30 second walk to Camden Town tube stop and the Northern line and a Barclays bike rental sits directly outside. Nearby is the lively Camden markets, Regent's Park, many delicious restaurants, bars, clubs, and music venues.

A bit more about me:
I'm 25, American, and a Cambridge PhD dropout. I work in software based in Soho. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, and dreaming up wild project ideas. I like drinking good craft beer, making fine cocktails, and holidaying in odd parts of the world. I've played ultimate frisbee for too long and currently play for team GB. With respect to flatlife - I like to keep things on the cleaner side in the common areas, during the week I tend to sleep at a reasonable hour (weekends are always a mix), and think that across the board I do check off all the qualities for being a 'good' and 'respectable' flatmate. I'd hope we share similar qualities here. If you think we might hit it off, message and let's set a time to grab a pint over the next couple days and have you visit.

A bit more about the boring flat and room details:
The cost of the room will be £1600/month which includes bills. It's worth noting that I will be traveling quite extensively for work at various times of the year and working longer hours at times too. Of course, the flat will be as much yours as mine, but there will be times when I'm sure it will feel like your own place when I'm away. I'm keen on either a single flatmate or a couple - in fact, I think a couple would be quite exciting.
