Newly refurbished modern one bedroom flat.

Great location on Oval Road. Equidistant to Camden Town Station, Primrose Hill, Camden Lock, and Regents Park. The Grand Union canal has access on Oval Road. The flat is also within a 10 min walk of Camden Road Overground Station and Euston and Kings Cross for rail links (20-25 min walk).

The flat has one on-suite bathroom, with underfloor heating and corner bath. There is also a second WC for visitors and overnight guests. - there is a large corner sofa that opens out to a double bed.

One of the best features (other than the smart phone controlled lighting throughout) is the massive roof terrace which is completely surrounded with trees in the summer giving a totally private green space in the centre of the city.

It's an amazing space, and has been totally decorated for us to enjoy with no expense spared from the massive boiler to the granite kitchen and bathroom.

We now have a new addition to the family so need a bigger space and hope to find someone who can look after the place while enjoying all that Camden Town has to offer.

EDIT:
The trains into Euston run down the back for the flat but are slow as they are coming to a stop so really just provide a bit of a 'flavour' The flat is fully double glazed so I just mention it for full disclosure.

There is also a large boarded and insulated roof space with power and lighting which i use as an occasional workshop - it's not fitted out properly nor should be factored in as an extra room - but basically if you take the floor space of the flat. You have nearly the same again (maybe 1/3) as roof terrace, and another 1/3 extra as loft storage space.

We don't have a TV so there is no access point for an arial, but Virgin Media deliver 150MB broadband and there is a projector screen for movies if you wish to keep it (you will need to purchase a projector but it's set up for easy installation).

If you want to come for a viewing early (lets say we are aiming to let the flat from the 1st Dec give to take a week) I will consider taking a holding deposit. If we have not found someone we like by mid November we will drop the price to £520. We let the flat for a year at this price in 2010 when we had a years honeymoon (yea, I know) so do not envisage going lower. (and please don't ask before then if a refusal will offend ;o)
