Double room in friendly Camden Town houseshare

We are sad to see our housemate leaving to live her best life in New Zealand.
But on the upside there is a great massive double room available for a lucky new tenant!

We are a mixed house coming from various parts of the globe (Portugal, France, Germany, England), which makes for an interesting, international dynamic.

The house is located just 2 minutes walk from Camden Town station (though if you run it's probably more like 45 seconds).
Within 5 minutes walk, we have all necessary amenities including Sainsbury's, M&S, Coop, Boots, Starbucks, and a thousand and one different restaurants, pubs and livehouses.
Camden Market is well within 10 minutes' walk.
The area really is buzzing with life!

Regents Park and Primrose Hill are within 10 and 15 minutes walk respectively.
So if you're the sporty type, makes for ideal running locations.
Or boozy afternoons in the sun! Whatever floats your boat.

This is our home, and not just a house.
As such, we are looking for a friendly, considerate, sociable, clean and professional person.
Someone who is not just looking for a roof over their head, but looking to rent a room in a friendly houseshare but also understands the need for respect of boundaries when sharing a house ❤️

The current housemates consist of 2 girls and 2 guys in their late 20ies early 30ies. All professionals working full time. We work in a mix of hospitality, science, tech, and gaming (the tech and gaming are working from home most of the time, but based in their room, you’re welcome to do the same).

The 4 of us go to PureGym, well, the 4 of us have a membership to PureGym but no one is actively going 🙈

Food wise: we have 1 kinda vegetarian (you’ll understand), 1 that eats everything (including meat) but is intolerant to gluten, 1 vegan, and 1 vegetarian, any and all food preferences are respected.
