Small double room welcoming veggie home with pets

Double room available in our home with 2 cats and 2 dogs (1 is blind).
Ideally looking for another woman of colour (WOC) to join the house.
This is a lovely calm, quiet (minus the pets), friendly and supportive home. Looking for someone that we can get on with and become friends with. We all get on really well.
What you need to know:
Fully furnished small double room.
All bills included
Council tax included
This is a pure vegetarian (No eggs) and vegan household only.
2 indoor cats (1 is senior and perfectly grumpy). Which means the windows do not open fully.
2 dogs (1 is senior, blind and sadly palliative)
All are rescues.
Non-smoking house including garden.
No overnight guests - this is a small home and it's my sanctuary after long hours at work.
2 toilets
1 bath/shower
Toilet paper, washing up liquid, etc provided
Communal cleaner every 2 weeks (but she's currently on holiday in Somalia)
Well equipped kitchen
Composter in garden for food waste, recycling and general waste seperated.
Walking distance from King's Cross/St Pancras, Camden road and Camden town stations.
Space to keep bicycles in the gated front garden.

Why is the room so cheap?
I'm content so long as I can cover the bills and the mortgage. And this is a well lived in house. And as you have read no overnight guests. I'm looking for someone who is the right fit for our supportive and friendly household and shares similar values: Kindness, Intersectional, Empathetic, a willingness to get stuck-in attitude and Environmentally Conscious. And understands what it is truly like to live with 2 cats and 2 dogs. So please note that this home is not suitable if you are a light sleeper. The youngest cat is allowed on the kitchen counter. The youngest dog uses pee pads throughout the house.

About the household:
Me, WOC (Woman of colour) of Mauritian decent, lesbian/ queer - I work long hours in the community sector - 60hrs per week. This is my home, I am the owner and I'm in my 40's.
My three current lodgers - all by coincidence women of colour from India - two work for the NHS and the other is trying to break into the creative industry. They too can often find themselves working long hours and are in their mid 20's.
This is also a neurodiverse household: Autism and ADHD.

If you are interested, I am available for viewings on most days but have to fit it around my working hours. So message me and let's find a time that works for both of us.
