A huge bedroom on the ground floor

The area is very safe and quiet and the flat is 2 min away from Mornington Crescent tube station and 5 min from Camden Town station.
This 2 floors flat belongs to the ex-council house. On the ground floor there's a small kitchen, a toilet, a bedroom, and access to the garden area. Upstairs there is a large bathroom with a tub, and three bedrooms. Unfortunately, the property doesn't have a living room.
The room is 850 per calendar month (but may be reduced to 800), paid on the 20th of every month.
I paid a deposit of 900, but you will need to negotiate it with the landlord individually.
You will sign a contract with the landlord.
Bills are not included and shared between all 4 tenants. The maximum is up to 50 pounds per month.
The room comes furnished. Some pieces of furniture that you see on the pictures belong to me and I’m going to move them with me.
