We have 1 double room available from the 11th of November in our flat! Double room £775 per month bills included.

We are looking for someone CLEAN and TIDY and respectful.

Although the flat is located above a pub and we like to hang out and have a drink togethers, this is not a party house!
We are all professionals in our 30s and would prefer to maintain a similar age range.

This It’s a very cool flat situated above a trendy pub.

The flat has 4 wc, 2 showers , and a very big kitchen , 2 hobs and 2 ovens , so even if there are many of us there is never a problem .
The pub has an amazing roof terrace that we can enjoy anytime.
All the flatmates are really cool , friendly and we are very international.

Please note there there is no space for bikes in the flat, and no video viewings.
