I have this lovely double room to rent with own bathroom in this well proportioned first floor apartment. The apartment is in a fully gated complex with 24 hour concierge and a 4 minute walk to Canada water station. The flat is very close to supermarkets bars cafes and the Printworks music venue.
This is a great place to live as you can see from the feedback picture from the previous tenant.
The room has a nice bed, lots of light and underfloor heating.
The living room has a large dining table and chairs and a nice big comfy L shaped sofa you can relax on after a long day. There is Sky TV (full package sports and Movies) and Hyperoptic high speed internet.
I am looking for a clean respectable person, someone who cleans up after themselves and isn't a slob and will look after the place and is considerate to his/her fellow flatmate.
No couples please.
Your flatmate (Goncalo) is a lovely clean chap who is a professional.
Room is 1300pcm and as the bills are so high at the moment I am asking for a £75 bill
Contribution. So total is 1375pcm
