Monday - Friday, I am seeking a friendly, neat & tidy professional to share my home. All bills are included.

Situated in a cul-de-sac, the property has a lovely, very spacious garden with built in bbq on a large wooden deck. We are a stone's throw from the Thames. House has all modern amenities, wifi, netflix, etc. Safe & secure off street parking is available.

Double room, very airy, ample natural light. Loose standing cupboard with hang space & drawers. Property consists of an above average large open plan kitchen & lounge area, 3 bathrooms (one is a toilet / basin downstairs) & also has a separate washing room.

Bus stops are only a 1 min walk from the property. There are two bus routes to choose from - C10 & 381 - going to either Canada Water or Rotherhithe station. Buses are also directly to London Bridge, Waterloo, Victoria. Should you be based in Canary Wharf & do not like the tube much, there is also the option to take the ferry from just down the road & nip across to Canary Wharf. An easy commute to the city too.
