I have 1 x sunny King Room with ample mirrored wardrobes available in our beautiful, spacious home, which is conveniently situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. There is safe off-street parking (for free) and a garden should you want to store a bicycle.

The property has a lovely, very spacious garden with a wooden deck & built in bbq. We are a stone's throw from the River Thames. The house has all modern amenities, wifi, netflix, etc. Property consists of an open plan kitchen & lounge, 3 bathrooms (one is a toilet / basin downstairs) & also has a separate laundry room.

This room is situated on the top floor - has a King size bed and has built in mirrored wardrobes. The bathroom on this floor is shared with one lady only and consists of a bath/shower combo, toilet, basin.

Bus stops are a few steps away from the property. There are two bus routes to choose from - C10 & 381 - going to either Canada Water or Rotherhithe station. Buses are also directly to London Bridge, Waterloo, Victoria. Should you be based in Canary Wharf & do not like the tube much, there is also the option to take the ferry from just down the road & nip across to Canary Wharf in a 2 minute crossing. An easy commute to the city too.

Unfortunately no couples or pets and if WFH - Max 2 days from home (or less).
