Canada Water - Airy Double Room in spacious flat

Well sized double room available in a conveniently located 2-bed flat. The area is safe, peaceful and within close walking distance of the Thames and a number of modes of transport.

Room is furnished with comfy double bed and good storage.

You will be replacing my lovely flatmate, Alyx, who is going travelling in Asia for a few months, before embarking upon a change in career.

The flat includes a large open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen (incl. fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker, cutlery, pots pans etc.) and a well-sized bathroom (with a powerful shower!)

The property is within easy walking distance of both Canada Water and Surrey Quays stations and serviced by good bus links (there is a bus stop at the top of the road).

You will be sharing with myself - a sport-loving Londoner who runs a web design agency and is involved in a few tech startups (in spite of this, I’m not a complete square!!). I'm also a keen cook who enjoys a good film, and am very happy to share both! Sadly my skills don't quite extend to photography, but hopefully you can get an idea of the space on offer!

Whilst pretty busy during weekdays, I am sociable and accommodating and would be keen to live with somebody who is friendly, relaxed and looking to treat the place as a home. Having shared for a few years, I also respect personal space and the need for people to have time to themselves.

Broadband, Sky, Netflix, Council Tax, Utilities etc. all included in rent.
