A double bedroom is becoming available in a three-bedroom flat for rent from 11th March 2020 in walking distance to Canada Water and Rotherhithe.
Room comes furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, desk, and a wall mirror. The bathroom will be shared with one other flatmate (the third room in the flat is en-suite)

The flat is located on the first floor in a building with an elevator, in very close proximity to both Canada Water station (4 min walk) and Rotherhithe station (3 min walk). The flat is close to the Brunel museum, the Thames path and Stave Hill ecological park.
There is an open-space kitchen with a sofa and TV. Other amenities include a washing machine, a dishwasher, a new fridge, vacuum cleaner.

Current flatmates are both professional females who have lived in the flat from 1-3 years.
We are looking for a female tenant, preferably a professional, who has shared a flat with others before.


All bills are included in the rent - £810 per month. Deposit is £810, and will be secured with the deposit protection scheme.
