I'm looking for clean, quiet and respectfull female flatmate to join 2 bed house located near Greenland dock/Moby Dick pub in very safe and quiet area.
Most bills included, excluding electricity &gas bill to share between two flatmates.
Big Tesco is 7 mins away walking distance, tube 7 mins away Jubelee line - Canada Water or Overground - Surrey quay.
Indoor cat in house, roaming everywhere cos it's cats nature.
No night visitors so everyone feels safe knowing who is in the house .
Cleaning rota changed on weekly basis devided to 3 sections - stairs, kitchen, bathroom.
When applying for a viewing write an intro who you are etc.
