We are renting one room in our amazing, quiet, river-facing flat.

The double room we offer is quiet and it faces a lovely garden and the Thames river with stunning views of Canary Wharf.
Features include:

- Queen size bed
- Mirrored wardrobe, 1 chest of drawers, 1 bedside table
- A desk and an office chair, ideal for a WFH environment
You will share the main bathroom with only 1 person

The flat is located on the second floor of a gated development (with lift). There is plenty of storage throughout, a spacious living room with balcony facing Canary Wharf and the kitchen features all modern appliances such as:

- Washing machine and dryer
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
- New oven
- Induction hob, kettle
- Fridge and freezer

The nearest station is Canada Water (approx. 15 min walk from the building, 5-7 min by bus). There is a Co-op within 5-8 min walk distance, and a big Tesco within 10 min.

Bills are not all included (though the rent price includes council tax, Internet and water), but will come in around £132/month (electricity+gas).

ABOUT US:
Flatmate 1: I am a working professional, full-time, in my early 30s. I work in Marketing for a video games company and love having raclette and apero! I am very easy-going.

Flatmate 2:
I just joined the 30 gang this year and work in recruitment for a software development company. I work a mix of at home and in the office and love to travel. I love cooking (and cooking for people!) as well as catching up over drinks or going to the spa. I am bubbly, very clean and tidy and a chill housemate.

Visits start right now :) we are flexible on the move in date and can accommodate anything from 29th November to 9th December.
