One Double room in Canada Water.

I am currently looking for a sociable (non-smoking) student or professional person to rent a double room (280cm x 315cm ) for £800 per calendar month. This price is includes all bills.

The house itself is a large 5 bedroom house (about 30 years old which has recently been renovated), with 3 bathrooms. Please ignore the text on this advert which says that it is a three bedroom house, since this web-site does not allow me to change it).

There is a large lounge/diner with widescreen TV, DVD, Video, Netflix, Amazon Prime and 2 large sofas for relaxing in the evening. The kitchen is equipped with cooker and gas hob, 2 fridge/freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave.

The double room is fully furnished - with a double bed, built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, book shelves and bedside table. The single room is furnished with a single bed, built in wardrobe, drawers, book shelves and bedside table.

The whole house has WIFI internet access, so if you have a laptop computer, all you have to do is connect to the network and you are on the internet.

There are 2 shower rooms shared between 4 people, so you will have the use of one of these shower rooms, which will only be shared with one other person.

The house also has a small wall enclosed back garden, which is laid with a patio and there is also a washing line in the back garden.

The house itself is located in Rotherhithe, so it is an 8 minute walk to Canada Water tube and about 6 minutes to Rotherhithe tube. Also, the 381 an 225 buses stop on the main road, which is about 1 minute walk away. There are also good bus links to Greenwich via the 188 bus (about 8 mins walk away). Tesco and all the other shops are within walking distance as well.

The rent above is inclusive of all the bills of the house, which are:-
Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water, TV license, TV and Fibre Broadband internet (the main TV also has access to Sky, Amazon Prime and Netflix, but this changes from time to time). There is also a cleaner who visits the house once a fortnight, to clean the kitchen, shower rooms, lounge and all the other shared areas.
