🛋️ Your room: Available from March 1. Comes with a new Mattress (will update photo), double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers and mirror. The room will suit someone who is very clean, quiet, respectful, does not smoke and works full-time. Sorry no students.

📋Your contract: The rent is £750 with bills included except the internet which is £14 per person per month. The deposit is £750. You will have your own contract with the landlord (12 months with a break clause in the middle) and your deposit would be put in a deposit protection scheme.

📌 Location and transports: Quiet, residential area with a park nearby. The Docklands pier is a minute away where you can take a ferry across the river to Canary Wharf, or walk along the Thames path and enjoy the beautiful views.

🚍 Bus stop outside the door that takes you to Canada Water (Jubilee/overground) or Rotherhithe (overground) stations in 5min, or alternatively a short walk. Fantastic connections to London Bridge, Waterloo, Tower Bridge or Canary Wharf.

🍜☕🛒Amenities: Pub, coffee shop, deli shop in our street. Tesco superstore, Sainsbury's, Co-op, Decathlon, Boots, Superdrug, Lidl, Surrey Quays shopping centre, are all within walking distance.

🏫 The flat: Divided in two floors, on the lower floor is the kitchen and my room. On the top floor is the bathroom, Peter's room and your room. All the windows have been recently replaced (will update photos soon) to double-glazed windows. All appliances are new. Kitchen fully equipped, washer-dryer machine. There is no living room.

We are up for a shared meal/glass of wine/chat, watching a film or going out for Sunday roast, but also respectful of each other's space. We like a minimalistic vibe and to keep the place tidy and clean at all times, hopefully so will you (this is important). This is not a party house. The landlord is really nice and this is an excellent price for the location.
