Nice big single room in Canada Water

I have a good sized single room available from 1st of June in Surrey Quays SE16 2DN. We are two gay guys that are looking for a third. I am 50 years old and the other guy is 44. We are looking for a reasonably quiet and not messy GAY MALE preferably closer to our age, possibly a non smoker but if you do smoke then you can do that on the balconies. Vape is ok as it doesn’t trigger the smoke alarm that is installed in every room. Our preference would be someone that has a full time job that doesn’t involve home-office work as I already do that. The room has a storage double bed, 40” tv with Netflix, Disney Plus, BBC Iplayer, Amazon and Paramount access , shelve unit and wardrobe. Also foldable computer desk can be added if needed. The flat has all appliances including tumble dryer and fast 300 GB Virgin internet. Note that there is no separate living room hence every room has a smart tv. We are on the 5th floor and there are 2 lifts in the building. We are 8 minutes walk away from Surrey Quays overground station, 10 minutes walk from Canada Water jubilee underground station, 8 minutes walk from South Bermondsey train station, 10 minutes walk from Bermondsey jubilee underground station and there are buses going in every direction. Southwark park is in front of our building. Ideal for running, walking or having a picnic. There are multiple gyms and a brand new leisure centre with swimming pools that are only a short walk from the flat. Also there is a Tesco, Lidl, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Iceland and many other shops nearby The rent is £690/ month including all bills and there is a £300 security deposit. I just need an extra £10 time to time to buy cleaning products and toilet paper.
