Looking for someone to occupy a fully furnished room in a spacious 3 bed 3 bath flat. The house has been built quite recently and has all modern fittings. Canada Water station is just 7-8 minutes walk away and there are big grocery stores nearby.

The room also has an attached washroom. The bathroom has a bathtub as well. There is a chest of drawers and 2 side tables. There is sufficient space in the room for a large desk to work on. Room has 2 large windows and gets ample sunlight. The utilities including council tax is about £110-140 per month.

The other flatmates (1 male, 1 female) are working professionals, friendly and accommodating.

The flat is perfectly clean and very well maintained. If interested, I’ll be able to arrange a viewing. There are lots of running tracks nearby and it's very close to Canada Water docks.
