I have a lovely large double room to rent in a house share available now.

The house is:

5 min walk to Canada Water tube station/Surrey Quays Overground
20 mins journey to City, 10 min journey to Canary Wharf
2 min walk to gym, pool and leisure centre
5 min walk to all-new Canada Water Library
5 min walk to Massive Tesco Superstore
2 min walk to Grade II Listed Park (Southwark Park)

We live in a really pretty, safe and clean neighborhood. The room includes a bed, large desk/chair, wardrobe and internet and is ready for someone to move in.

The bills include water, gas, electricity, council tax and fibre broadband.

Most of the time, there will only be one housemate, who is a film/tv professional. I will be based in Oxford completing my PhD in Law, but I will spend some weeks of the year in this house in London. Therefore most of the time, the house will be shared just between you and the film professional.

We are looking for someone friendly, quiet, clean and tidy who can continue to make this house a home. Move-in date is flexible as long as you're the best fit for the house :)
