Spacious double room sub-let in Canada Water

Hi,

I am subletting my room for the months of July and August, dates are flexible depending on your needs.

The flat is in a gated community, 1 minute walk from Canada Water station. The flats have a private garden and we also have a balcony which is lovely and sunny in the morning! The flat has is bright and spacious with an open plan living room and kitchen. The room is a great size, has a desk, double fitted wardrobes, double bed and you have your own en-suite bathroom.

The other housemate Emily is a friendly working professional, who is currently working from home 2-3 days a week.

We are looking for someone friendly, tidy and respectful of the flat. Female preferred.
