We’re a young professional and PhD student looking for a flat mate to join us from the start of June

The room has an ensuite with shower, sink, toilet and storage, direct access onto a large terrace balcony with city views, a large built in mirrored wardrobe. Room is large enough for a desk or large dresser if needed

Large open plan kitchen / diner / living area opening onto a private terrace balcony running the full length of the flat (also accessible via bedroom), with great views of the city skyline. The flat also has plenty of additional storage with a washer/dryer, shoe and coat cupboard, and dishwasher.

The building has a shared rooftop garden with city skyline views, a shared courtyard garden, concierge service, underground bike storage, and gym.

We’re in the Maple Quays area of Canada Water, one minute walk from Canada Water station. We also have a Sainsbury’s 1 minute away with a Tesco superstore c. 5 mins away. The flat is relatively quiet as all tube lines are underground and it overlooks a residential area.
