Large double room available only a short walk away from Canada water station.

The flat has two bedrooms, large open plan living kitchen area, utility room and huge private balcony. The room has a huge built in wardrobe, ottoman bed and every room has access to the terrace. The room also benefits from direct access to a jack and Jill bathroom.
We also have a 24 hour concierge and gym onsite.

Preferably looking for a professional to move in.

Generally I’m laid back and relaxed about most things but like to keep the flat at a good standard. Would be nice to have someone to have a beer or a glass or wine with after a tough day.
