We are looking for a professional to join our home located in a peaceful spot tucked away from the street. A quiet little corner right in the heart of the city.

The room is a cosy double with a lovely view of the garden, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The house comes fully furnished with a kitchen, living area, bathroom, and the garden. There’s also a second, separate toilet, in addition to the main bathroom, for convenience.

The house is next to beautiful Southwark Park, which is great for morning runs, evening strolls, or simply enjoying some fresh air.

I live here with my partner (the landlord) and one other housemate. My partner and I mainly use the place as a temporary base, so most of the time it will feel like you're sharing the home with just one other person. He is a 34 year old gay male working full time in marketing, and enjoys gym, reading, travelling and socialising.

We’re all clean, considerate, and enjoy a calm living environment since we work full time. We’re hoping to find an easygoing professional who appreciates coming home to a friendly but relaxed space. We’re always happy to share a meal, a glass of wine, a Netflix evening — or simply give each other privacy whenever needed.
