Although apparently I didn’t dream it all and I really am moving in there on the 8th of December

All I need now is a flatmate!
I’ll be occupying the en-suite bedroom, but the second double will be yours and you’ll have near-exclusive use of the flat’s main bathroom. The desk in your room looks out onto the Thames from such a height that you might compare the people to ants if you could even see them.
Your portion of the rent will likely come to 1400 -1450 including bills (council tax, heating, electricity, water, internet). Not included in this is a cleaner, whom I suggest we hire fortnightly but open to suggestions.
You’re sharing with me, a 34-year old male working in banking who totally isn’t a Finance bro. I’m more into reading fiction, writing, photography, cooking, and random things like improv. The qualities I’m looking for in a flatmate:
^Someone chill, who doesn’t let stress and negativity get the better of them
^Someone reasonably tidy, but not obsessively so
^Someone outgoing and social who is open to having people around now and then on weekends and who is happy to invite their own friends over
^But also someone who doesn’t party till 4am on a Tuesday and appreciates the importance of quiet time. See my point about ‘chill’
