We are looking for 1 person to move into the double room in our 3 bedroom property in Canada Water.

We have a fantastic garden, an open-plan conservatory, living room and kitchen that you'll be sharing with three other housemates. The house also comes with external storage and an off-street parking space.

The room is modern and bright, furnished and has plenty of space for a desk if you are working from home (and high speed broadband).

The house itself is 12 minutes walk from Canada Water station which is well connected to central London and just 1 stop to Canary Wharf. The property is only a stone's throw away from a beautiful park and the historic docks, with many beautiful walking routes available right by the Thames! A large Tesco Extra is only a 10 minute walk away.

All bills (council tax - band D, power / gas , water, broadband) are included in the price and hence its exceptional value for money and reassuring to know you have derisked any of these constantly increasing costs.
