Looking for a flatmate -Canada water

Hi!!
This is Song, originaly from South Korea.

My flatmate is going back to her country, so that I am looking for someone else to take over her room. This will be all go through with the estate agent!

The room is big and cozy. The bedroom is in the shape of a trapezoid, so it is bigger than it looks in the picture. All furnished.
It’s such a lovely, bright place with good view.
The living room, kitchen and bath room are to be shared with me.

The area is stunning there is surrey quey shopping center include Tesco superstore just 10mins, and walking Sainsbury’s in 5mins. The Canada water station is 5mins walking distance which has Jubilee and Overground.

There is a park and liver side walk near the property, so it’s nice are to have a walk and very safe as well.

The flat is front of the canal. You can see the ducks through the windows. It makes me happy.
I love love this flat and area. When I searched the flat, I had a lot of viewings.

I’m an artist look so young and have young mind 😂 I have moved uk about 20months ago on a global talent visa. So I’m still learning English and cultures. And mostly i’m working at the living room. I hope you could understand these things.
I’m creative, quite, tidy person and I like cooking and love to share the foods.

The contract will be from 27th March, but she moving out on 23rd, so feel free to move in from 24th!

Bills and council tax are not included.
This place requires full time professional who are making more than 30k by the landlord’s request.
