I am going back to my country, so that I am looking for someone else to take over my room! This will be all go through with the estate agent!
The room is big and cozy! All furnished;)
It’s such a lovely place with all clean and nicely refurbished.
The living room, kitchen and bath room are to be shared with one other person(my flatmate) who is absolutely lovely and kind!
She is working professional and this place requires professional who are making more than 30k by the landlord’s request.
The area is stunning there is Tesco superstore just 10mins walking Sainsbury’s in 5mins. The Canada water station is 5mins walking distance which has Jubilee and Overground.
There is a park and liver side walk near the property, so it’s nice are to have a walk and very safe as well.
Honestly it’s the best property I lived in and I’m sad to leave because I have to leave the country!
The contract will be from 27th March, but I’m moving out on 23rd, so feel free to move in from 24th!
Bills and council tax are not included.
