Hey there!

I’m looking for a new tenant to take over my room in a beautiful Zone 2 flat, located in Surrey Quays—perfect for anyone working in Canary Wharf or the City.

A double room in excellent condition will be available from December 15th (earlier if needed).

The flat is on the first floor of Marine Wharf, a fantastic new development that includes an onsite yoga studio, gym, cozy brunch spot, dry cleaners, and both a Coop and Tesco Express nearby. Plus, the marina views are stunning!

You’ll be living with Anais and Katerina!
You’ll be sharing the bathroom with Anais, while Katerina has the ensuite room. Both are working professionals, so the flat is ideal for someone social, tidy, and respectful who’s looking to make it a home.

Please note that the photos are of the other double room in the flat, but both rooms are identical in layout and size. My room is currently full of stuff, so I’ve used these photos to give you a better idea of the space.

Bills are approximately £130 per room per month.
