I’m moving out of my beautiful home of 3 years since I’ve bought a place for myself. The flat is a modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom. You’ll have an en suite so no sharing required. The room comes fitted with a queen bed, a large wardrobe, shelves, and a TV.

Rent is £1,300 pcm, with bills coming to around £200-250 depending on electricity usage. This covers everything, including a weekly cleaner who keeps the place spotless.

You’ll be sharing the place with my lovely flatmate, a 32-year-old Cambridge grad currently working in Pharma Strategy. She’s easy-going and tidy, and likes to keep the flat a relaxed, comfortable space. She’s sociable but also respectful of privacy. We’ve also hosted a couple of parties together and it’s been a hoot!
