One double room with a shared bathroom is available immediately.

From 8 December, two en-suite rooms and one non-en-suite double room will also be available (suitable for single occupancy only). All rooms are located very close to the river within a lovely, gated, landscaped development.
All bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV licence, fast fibre internet), weekly cleaner and dedicated in-house maintenance team included in the rent!

The rooms are arranged across multiple houses and over 3 floors. It has an open plan kitchen leading to the dining room and a nicely sized garden. Its fully furnished and has a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and 2 fridge freezers.

Car parking is available at additional cost.

The transport links include regular buses outside the house (381 and the nearby C10) travelling to Canada Water for the Jubilee Line or Overground (6 mins). Or westbound buses to Bermondsey and London Bridge.
