Student Accomadation - Landale House, Canada Water

Silver Non-Ensuite Room. This lovely spacious room is only for students. The room is available from June 26th 2023 till the 9th of September 2023.

Landale House is located in London’s Zone 2. Canada Water station is just a 5-minute walk away with the easy Jubilee line and Overground giving you easy access to London in its entirety! Also near Surrey Quays train station with plenty of bus stops surrounding the buildings.

Its location is perfect with a short walk away from Surrey Quays shopping centre that has a large Tescos, The Range and other stores. Not too far there are also Lidls and Sainsburys with other restaurants and pubs. Southwark Park is also so close and perfect for the summer with friends. The accommodation is located opposite Seven Island Leisure Centre (with a gym and swimming pool) and you can get a free Gym membership with the accommodation. Additionally, there is bowling and an Odeon cinema not far away. Also, a library located above the train station is perfect for studying in.

The room has a 3/4 bed with a large desk space and a wardrobe with plenty of storage. The bathrooms and showers are shared by four other flatmates and have a communal kitchen. In the kitchen, there is a TV and a balcony overlooking the garden. Facilities in the kitchen are fridge/ freezer, induction hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, and lots of storage space. The room next will also be vacant and be available with you wish to move in with somebody (this will be on a separate ad). There are currently three very nice male flatmates, I am female and felt comfortable around them.

Additionally, you have the opportunity to spend time socialising in the on-site communal room. There’s a TV to crash and watch your fave Netflix show, lots of sofas and a comfy table to eat, drink and just generally chill out away from the bustle of uni life. It's been a great space personally to meet and hang out with new people. The reception has reoccurring events happening to keep you busy like bowling, rock climbing and parties in the common room.

The building has CCTV cameras throughout. There are also secure door entry systems implemented to be extra cautious! There are also laundry facilities using the Circuit app and cards. The building has 100Mbps WiFi. Additionally, there is also bike storage. The staff are absolutely amazing and helpful with any issues or situations. There are also student wardens on site.

All bills are included in the price and the rate is £200 per week. The payment would need to payed in FULL as it's a short-term stay.
