The house is a mid-terrance 4 bed room on two floors. Each floor has its own Newly fitted bathroom with shower and toilet. The lounge is spacious, comfortable and has sofa suite. Broadband WiFi is available. Current tenants are professionals.

Very close to the house, is Greenland Quay with pleasant walkway. The cinema and restaurants are few minutes walk and Canada Water tube station about 10 min walk. Inclusive in the rent are: Gas, electricity, council tax, and water bills, and broadband. There is a mandatory arrangement for professional communal cleaning twice a month and £ 15 from the rent will go towards the cleaning cost. A small back garden is available to enjoy and relax. A tall about 12 ft upright fridge freezer provides spacious freezer and fridge usage space for four tenants.

All tenants are expected to be self paying, considerate and polite to each other. Disturbing parties, noise, pets, illicit behaviour, room subletting or long term sharing is not permitted.

The deposit includes one month rent + £25 for keys. The deposit will be insured with Deposit Protection Scheme and the tenant will pay for the insurance cost £28. The monthly rent INCLUDES £15 per month for a cleaner who comes twice a month to clean communal area.
