We are looking for someone to take over my flatmates room who has sadly left after 5 years to be closer to work. The room is available from the end of January, to join the contract till the end of June 2026 (with a potential to extend further).

The room
Furnished Double Room with balcony, wardrobe and double bed. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with only one other person.

Alternatively, a smaller double room (for £879 pcm) currently occupied can be made available and swapped over.

The flat
Modern open-plan flat with balcony, dishwasher, washer dryer. There is a secure bike shed downstairs, 24/7 concierge, and a free gym in the development too.

About us
You’ll be living with myself, 26, a software engineer and Jake, 32, working in cyber security. We're a chilled and clean flat and looking for someone similar who would be up for socialising as a flat, but happy doing their own thing too.

Bills come to around £150pm. Council tax band E (Lewisham)
Deposit is £1,081.00 (larger room) / £1,014.00 (smaller room) respectively.

Short walk to Surrey Quays Overground (~10 min) and Canada Water (~15min) Jubilee Line Stations.

Easy access to Deptford and Greenwich (24 hour bus)

Close to local cafes and restaurants, 1 minute to Tesco Express. 10 mins to Surrey Quays shopping centre with a supermarket, bouldering gym and other shops. Also near to Southwark Park, Greenland Dock, and a couple of other larger gyms close by.
