Looking to fill a space in our house in Canada Water from early May. The room is a double with a desk and plenty of storage space so perfect for someone hybrid working. You will be sharing a bathroom with just one other.
Rent is £825+bills a month and will be taking over a contract until October with the possibility to extend. Will have to cover the £50 name change on the contract.
Location is a 7 min walk from the station and close to a big tesco.
Will be living with me and my mate Dan, I work in Canary Wharf and Dan is a barber! We are both partial to a beer on the weekend and like to keep active during the week.
Looking for someone who’s hybrid working/ in the office.
Will of course need to pass all credit checks with the estate agent etc.
