1 bedroom available in 3-bed Canada Water

We have a spareroom available in our 3-bed flat in Canada Water.

We have not long moved in and the room is available immediately (subject to referencing). Looking for friends not flatmates etc. We are both in our 20s (24, 26) and like to keep ourselves busy (gym, running, tennis, language lessons, pub, nights out). We also like to have friends over from time to time so it would be good if the other person is happy around each other’s friends. We’re both working professionals and would need another working professional to join (no students sorry!). We are looking for a female to bring some balance and you would be living with 2 LGBT+ guys.

The flat is really conveniently located - around a 3 minutes walk from Canada Water station which has the jubilee line (night tube) and overground, as well as a 3 minute walk from Sainsburys local and 6 minute walk from Surrey Quays shopping centre, which has a big Tesco. One of the rooms has an ensuite so you will only be sharing the bathroom with one other person.
