Sunny house and garden

Our sunny house in a quiet part of the city has two rooms available upstairs. One room has a double bed, desk, wardrobe and a lot of storage space.
The second room has a single bed, desk and beautiful view. A double bed would fit in the room if needed. There is a bathroom upstairs with a bath to share between the two rooms.
Downstairs is another bedroom where my daughter lives with our lovely golden doodle. There is a second toilet and a shower downstairs to share.
We have an open kitchen dining room and a lounge. There is also a sun room for storage and a bike shed for bikes.
In the garden we have a large vegetable patch, lawn, fire pit and sunny coffee table and chairs. This is the special part about our house.
There are two car parking spaces off the street as well.
All electricity, gas, internet and taxes are paid/ included in the price. The room is available now.
We speak French and English and are from New Zealand. My daughter will be working next year and travelling a bit as well.
The house is located on the 381 bus route and close to the ferry across to Canary Wharf, Canada Water or Rotherhithe tube stations. Its a stones through from the Thames river and lots of really nice parks and docks. There is a large Tesco's and Surrey Quays shopping area near by. There is a lot of development in the area but we are in a quieter residential area. We love it here.
