we have a double room in our beautiful two-storey flat available from 1 July 2024.

The room is for single occupancy (no couples).
It’s nice and quiet with recently painted walls.
It is fully furnished and comes with:
- comfortable bed
- spacious mirror built-in wardrobe
- big chest of drawers
- bedside table
and a large window with a stunning view of Canary Wharf.

The flat has a spacious living room, kitchen with all facilities, two bathrooms (one of which you would share with two people, the other bathroom is part of an en-suite), a separate toilet, and four bedrooms in total. We also have a garage that we use as a storage space and a private garden shared between the surrounding buildings.

The landlady is a young professional happy to help when needed.

The flat is situated close to amenities such as
-Canada water station is about 3 mins walking distance (Jubilee line and Overground). The area is well connected to Canary Wharf, central London, London Bridge, and East London (e. g. Shoreditch/Hackney/Dalston are just 15 mins on the Overground).
- Sainsbury's (5mins walking), Surrey Quays shopping centre with large Tesco (10mins), new co-op about to open around the corner (2mins). Every Sunday there's also a farmer's market on the square in front of the tube station.
- river is 7mins walking, has a couple of nice pubs and the Thames Path. There are also two large parks nearby.

About us:

We are three (1 female, 2 male) professionals (working Monday to Friday 9-5) from England, Italy, and Germany with different interests and who like their own space but are also happy to share a chat/food when we meet.

We like to feel at home rather than in a random house in London, so we keep it clean, friendly with positive vibes (no drama!).

We are looking for another like-minded professional flatmate happy to keep the flat tidy, who can bring something new to the house or with some communal interest to share---happy to have their own space but also to have a chat with a glass of wine or cup of tea!

Although this is not a party house, we are happy to occasionally host friends or have friends over for dinner.

There are no agency fees.
Deposit is 747£.
Bills come to around 150£ per month and person (water, electricity, internet, council tax).
