Two double rooms in Canada Water from end July

The stunning flat is roughly 10 mins walk to Canada Water station, and 10 mins to a large Tesco. It has amazing floor to ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. There’s a really cool wrap around balcony (5th floor so not too high). Surrey Keys boating lake and Russia Docks woodland are lovely places to walk. Ideally I’d like to find two housemates that are really kind and considerate, who will be great fun to live with. On the floor plan I’m in bedroom 1. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are available - both have space for desks.

My two current housemates are moving home to save money, but I’d like to stay in the flat as my family are based in Cornwall and it’s an amazing place. I like to keep things clean and tidy. Please only enquire if you are confident you can pass the landlord’s financial referencing checks.

I need to find two housemates by the end of May (late July move in) as my current housemates need to give 2 months notice before leaving.
