Massive Homely South East London Double

Hi! We’re Mollie and Tara, we’d like to think we’re fun and chatty individuals who strike a good balance between socialising and relaxing. Tara is in fundraising for the arts and Mollie is in marketing & events. We are two friends (who met via spare room) looking for a third housemate to make up our weird but wonderful home. We love impromptu movie nights, going to the theatre, live music, discussing literature & politics. Always open to meeting new people and trying new experiences. We have the beautiful Mayflower pub and Southwark Park around the corner which we frequent to bathe in the sun when the English weather gives us a chance to and the patio is used nearly every day in the summer.

We are looking for a friendly, down to earth professional to join our lovely little Pumphouse community.

The Pumphouse is a collection of converted hydraulic power Victorian buildings in a gated development offering a friendly community feel, a minutes walk from Canada Water station, 5 minutes from the local shops and a wealth of amenities in the surrounding area. The main living area is open plan and shared by all three of us. The front patio is covered in flowers and herbs (during the summer), we BBQ as much as we can and hang out as a house. The upstairs bathroom would be shared with yourself and 1 other person. There is secure private parking. The bills are around £210 a month which includes a cleaner twice a month, cleaning supplies, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.. Please note deposit is £1057 as set out by our landlord!
