Pumphouse housemate

We are open minded, fun and chatty individuals who strike a good balance between socialising and relaxing. We are two housemates looking for a third to make up our weird but wonderful home and add to our tight knit house dynamic. We love cooking, keeping fit, playing music (with headphones on we promise), talking current affairs, hosting a dinner party whenever we can find an excuse to, talking politics, going out and spending time with our friends. Always open to meeting new people and trying new experiences. We have the beautiful Mayflower pub around the corner that we frequent to pub quiz and bathe in the sun on the terrace when the English weather gives us a chance to.

We are looking for a fun, friendly, down to earth professional to join our lovely little Pumphouse community.

The Pumphouse is a collection of converted hydraulic power Victorian buildings in a gated development offering a friendly community feel, a minutes walk from Canada Water station, 5 minutes from the local shops and a wealth of amenities in the surrounding area with Southwark park a 10 minute walk away. The main living area is open plan and shared by all three of us. The front patio is now covered in flowers and herbs, we BBQ as much as we can and hang out as a house. The upstairs bathroom would be shared with yourself and 1 other person. The bills are around £200 a month which includes a cleaner twice a month. Please note deposit is £1058 as set out by our landlord!
