Double room @Canada Water with 1Gb Internet speed

I would like to present this lovely double room in our 2 bedroom house.

The room is double size and is quite spacious. It has a double bed, a desk and a chair, many shelves for books and clothes. For hot weather, your room has a a celiing fan and there is AC in the living room. During winter, the house is warm and cosy.

The house has plenty of storage space in the cupboard under the stairs and in the loft.

You can use the kitchen which has everything you need for cooking: pans, cutlery, plates etc. There is a dishwasher too.

All bills and HYPEROPTIC 1Gb broadband are included into the rent cost.

In the living room there is a TV with an Amazon Fire stick. You can also use our electronic piano :).

The house has 2 rooms only. The other room is occupied by me and my 14 years old son. In the past me and him used to be hosts on Airbnb and received people from all around the world. My son had been particularly good with assisting me with the hosting. You can see our reviews by the guests in the photos.

NEIGHBOURHOOD

The house is located in a green neighbourhood with everything you need within an easy reach. Canada Water area is undergoing a majour reinnovation! Here you can find:

- NEW Canada Water leisure Centre with a swimming pool and badminton courts.
- Surrey Dock and a sports centre 10 mins walk (which offers various water sports too).
- £10 Finnish sauna
- Free sailing sessions on Sundays
- Wall climbing
- Large Tesco and a shopping centre near Canada Water station, a few smaller supermarkets within a few minutes of walk.
- Many bars and a few good pubs.
- New music bar Corner Corner with live jazz music every other weekend.
- Decathlon which hosts various sports clubs like fencing, KravMaga, BJJ.
- Street food market on weekends.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR a single female. Couples might be considered with extra £50 in rent payments. We lead busy lives and are respectful of personal space and boundaries and expect the same in return.. The sound insulation in the house is decent but it won't suit someone who is a very light sleeper. Best suited for someone who works outside of home at least 50% of the time. Some working from home is OK. There is a co-working space at a nearby library with free WiFi too.

You also must posses the following qualities:

- Clean and tidy up your own mess
- Keep your own room in a good condition with an understanding you are not the last person who would live here.
- Be respectful, honest, mature and responsible, communicate things in a timely manner as people cannot read mind of others!

ABOUT US:
- I am an ex-Fintech worker, currently studying Data Science with AI at Master's level.
- My son is studying Robotics at an Engineering college and preparing for GCSE.
- We both can play musical instruments and sing, gym goers, love active sports and outdoors.
- We wake up at 6am for gym before work/school and go to sleep between 10 and 11pm. On weekends we can stay up late. We are chill with other timetables if you are being respectful.

HOUSE ATMOSPHERE

We are aiming to keep the atmosphere of happiness and cheer in the house. When we are not busy, we would be happy to hang out together but it's optional. Btw, we have plenty of board games and video games at home as well as musical instruments! And even a BBQ in the garden!

You are not constrained to your room. We have a welcoming atmosphere in our home and you will feel free to spend a lot of your time in common areas, to work or chill there. In summer, you can relax in the front garden.
