THE ROOMS
The room is located on the first floor and has its own lock, a double bed, double glazed window, a double wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers and a desk with a chair. Each room is for single occupancy only.

A bathroom is next door to share with just one other housemate. It has all white vanities - sink, toilet and shower over bath.

Rooms are professionally deep cleaned prior to new occupancy and a new mattress protector will be provided.

THE HOUSE
The terrace house offers a shared kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of cupboard and fridge space for all housemates. The living room backs onto a garden.

This house is conveniently located to main transport links.
You will have fast access to Bermondsey, Canary Wharf, London Bridge, South Bank, Jubilee Line Tube Stations & Central London.

We are a group of young professionals in the building, finance and technology industries. We have been long term tenants and have developed genuine friendships in the house which all started with SpareRoom.

We're good with doing our own thing, being respectful of each others space. We also enjoy hanging out, but we're not a party house.
