Looking for a great housemate to join in our large 4-bed female house ☺️

***The House
Modern 4-storey house with 4 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, office space, and spare attic room with double sofa bed. Loads of storage throughout!
Large private deck directly onto one of the docks with incredible view of Canary Wharf and lots of wildlife (think ducklings, signets, swans – adorable). Has table & chairs and a heater for winter.
Super-fast fibre broadband so perfect WFH spot. Everyone has desks in their room and is a mix of WFH and office, but we also have an office which we share.
Bills currently around £170 pcm which includes council tax, water, gas + electric, super speedy WiFi, TV license, and a fortnightly cleaner (bathrooms and communal area).
Private off-street parking in drive directly in front of house if needed.

***The Rooms

Room 2
This room is a very spacious double room, has its own fireplace, built in bookcase and large windows overlooking the docks. Also comes with its own bathroom and balcony! We can leave the drawers in the room, just the bed and mattress that would need to be your own!

***The Area
Quiet residential area in zone 2 with families and professionals - stunning Docklands area, perfect for running or grabbing a drink in the sunshine on the dock!
Our street is a quiet cul-de-sac so no noisy traffic. The area is very safe and peaceful and genuinely stunning by the water. Some nice parks too (e. g. Southwark Park)
You can take the scenic route and walk/run to London Bridge via the Thames path!
8 min walk to Surrey Quays overground - Shoreditch High Street is an 11-minute train ride away and Clapham High Street is 20-minute train ride.
13 min walk to Canada Water tube (Jubilee line). There are also regular buses to Canada Water station from just outside our house which cuts that to around 5 mins. One stop (2 mins) to Canary Wharf, two stops to London Bridge (3 mins), 6 stops to Green Park (11 mins).
5 min walk to Greenland Surrey Quays Pier - get the Thames Clipper boat one stop to Canary Wharf / Greenwich/ Tower Bridge many other places if you're feeling fancy!
Groceries: Nisa Local 3 min walk away, massive Tesco Extra less than 10 min walk away in Surrey Quays shopping centre. Also Sainsbury's next to Canada Water station 13 min walk away.
Some cute coffee shops/ delis near the river. There is also now a Sunday market on every week outside Canada Water.

The Housemates
I’m a professional currently working for a trading firm! I work 5 days in office and I’m very friendly and love to chat! I also love to cook for others (added bonus) and enjoy hiking, yoga, and badminton in my free time.

The home is very clean and generally a quiet haven! I’m looking for some female flatmates in their 20’s to join! If interested, send me a message with a bit about yourself!
