Double bed room, furnished with bed, mattress, draws, work space desk, bedside draws and built in closet. This is also on the ground floor, so it will be easy to move in and out :)
This room has more space than any other student accommodation and is available for 51 week contract, 2024-25 academic year.

Conveniently 5 minute walk from Canada Water Tube Station, with Jubilee line and overground access to the whole of London. Also 5 minute walk from Surrey Quays Overground station.

Area is well kept, with plenty of shops, coffee places, bobba places, cheap restaurants (Wetherspoons 5 minute walk) and gyms.
There is a Shopping centre 5 minute walk, this has a Tesco, Starbucks, Poundland, Fresh fruit and Veg market, Range & Iceland, ect.
There is also a Lidl 10 minute walk.

The accommodation comes with free access to the leisure centre across the road (1 minute walk), and there is also a PureGym 10 minute walk. There is a big park 3minute walk, where you could also use the free exercise machines and go for a run/walk or take a picnic.
