Hi all! I am looking to sublet my en-suite room in a 2-bed 2 bath apartment in Canada Water. Happy to sublet for a shorter duration as well.

The apartment is a 4 min walk from the underground station, which has both the Jubilee and the Overground, and a stone's throw from the bus station as well. So has good connectivity both to the city and to Canary Wharf.

The room: Large bedroom with 5 windows, so you'll get a lot of sunlight and see a beautiful sunrise. It comes fully furnished with a bed, two bedside tables, ample of storage space, and an en-suite bathroom.

The flat: Features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and already set up basic amenities.
Amenities Include:

* Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, dining table, etc
* Central heating
* Concierge, bike storage, and parking available
* Surrey Quay shopping center nearby, with Tesco Extra and a Sainsbury's Local

- Willing to keep the place clean (non-negotiable)

I have a female Indian flatmate who's an architect. She's really fun and keeps the house neat and tidy.
Common areas such as the kitchen, living room, etc will be shared.
