Located in zone 2 - The flat is located only 5 minutes walking from Canada Water Station (Jubilee line + Overground).
Close to Surrey Quays Shopping Centre and Tesco.
The flat is very bright and cozy, with 2 bedrooms, a big bathroom, kitchen, living room and a small balcony.
The bedroom has a king-size bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 chests of drawers, and a wardrobe.
I’m looking for a person, who is clean and tidy and who is willing to share some time together and watching Netflix series in the evening.
The monthly rent is £950, plus bills (council tax, electricity, water, and WiFi).
As per the contract, the flat is only for working professionals and pets are not permitted.
