After almost four years, we are moving out of the house as we are going to need a second bedroom soon. We are offering one month stay under our contract - which means no paperwork for you - or to replace us in our current rental agreement.

Note that some items don’t belong the house such as TV, desk, monitor.

Gas: £100 per month (winter more, summer less)
