Hi all,

Since I am moving back to my homeland, I unfortunately have to leave this gorgeous flat and 2 lovely flatmates behind.

This is a double bedroom in a duplex 3 bed flat available in a modern building in Canada Water, a mere 3 mins walk from the station.

The flat is very well furnished and you will have all the furniture available that you see in the photos. The room comes with a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is just outside the room and shared with one girl.

The location is super great as it’s very close to the station which has the Jubilee Line and the Overground, friendly safeneighbourhood. There’s a big Tesco close by in a shopping centre, cute cafes, nice pubs, a library and a decathlon.

The property has a terrace garden, tennis court, a gym and a co-working space all available for use for free.

Your flatmates are:
Rachel 30 years old from Ireland, works as a psychologist in the NHS, enjoys watching reality TV, socialising, travelling, and is a foodie.

Lauren, 26, English, works hybridly for a media brand - 2/3 times a week WFH. Loves watching a binge-able series, movies or general trash! Likes to be active out and about, the usual stuff; going to the gym, coffee runs, brunch and pub quizzes

As a flat we are always up for a chat and a giggle. We are relaxed & respectful, so let each other live their own lives and enjoy the balance, all while valuing tidiness and treating the flat like a home.

The flat is available from 1st Sept but if you wanted to move in a bit earlier, this can be discussed.

The boring bits ; all bills are managed by us and come upto approx 150/160 with council tax.
