Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my room from 4 August on a 12-month contract, as I'm moving in with my partner.
The flat is in an ideal location, situated opposite Rotherhithe overground and is a 5-10 minute walk to Canada Water underground, overground and bus station - very good for commuting. The apartment is on the fifth floor with great views and a lift for easy accessibility.
The bedroom is furnished with everything needed to work from home - with a double bed, desk, chair, built-in wardrobe and two chest of drawers, which double up as bedside tables. The kitchen comes with all necessary utensils, including pans, bowls, cutlery etc.
The flat is relatively quiet as we're all working professionals with different time schedules. You would be living with one male and one female.
Bills come to £100-150/month (season dependent) and the contract starts on 4 August.
