The house has a huge living room, TV, conservatory and garden, secure bike storage/ shed and kitchen. It is situated in a really quiet cul-de-sac, backing onto Southwark Park, 6 minute walk from Canada Water (jubilee and overground), and 8ish minutes to Surrey Quays- with an overground, huge Tesco and shopping centre. You will be sharing with Jess and Laura- two lovely and laid back girls in their mid twenties - who work as a Primary school teacher and a musician/ music teacher. They enjoy chilling out in the evenings after work, watching TV, reading, climbing, going for walks/coffees. There is a very relaxed and comfortable vibe in the house- looking for a friendly female in their 20s/ early 30s to join who would enjoy a similar lifestyle. The rent is £800 per month + bills.
