I'm looking for someone to share my beautiful flat situated 5 minutes walking distance from South Bermondsey station, 10 minutes walking to Bermondsey / Canada water/ Surrey Quay stations. Connection buses to Elephant & Castle and Waterloo stations. The room is a good size with a double bed, bedside table, and wardrobe with flexibility around furnishings.
The flat is nearly refurbished as I moved in last summer. The flat consist of a nice and large lounge, table, sofa, tv, kitchen (with all necessary amenities needed including a new oven, washing machine, fridge, air fryer, juicer, etc which you can use. There is also ample storage around the flat including a loft for someone who may have stuff to store.

The area is fantastic, within easy walking distance shops (Tesco, Asda, Aldi, Lidl, B&M, B&Q), and Surrey Quay shopping centre, restaurants, Pure gyms on your doorstep. It is extremely well connected to Central London, Greenwich. London Bridge, Waterloo.
I work 5 days in the office a week and I'm normally out and about at weekends so you'll have the flat to yourself most of the time which is ideal for those who would like the option to work from home.

All the bills are included (council tax, water, super-fast broadband, TV licence, service charges, etc), except electricity that we need to share which come at around £25-£45 a month in winter.

There is a parking space.
This is a quiet flat in a quiet, nice, clean, and safe building / area. There will be no regular parties organised in the flat.
The room is available from 28th September 2024.
