The area is very quiet, green and close to Southwark Park and Stave Hill park. There are amenities nearby, such as the Sainsbury’s local or 5-minute walk to Surrey Quays Shopping centre. Gym and swimming pool facilities are also in the neighborhood.
THE HOUSE: The house is really lovely and big, with plenty of storage space available. It’s a private gated community, with a dedicated parking spot in front of the house. The house has 4 levels, and counting from level 0, it has a small toilet and a garage/storage room. The next level 1 has a large living room which opens up to a patio/garden that overlooks an internal court. Level two has a big fully fitted kitchen with plenty of storage space. Further up, there are 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom (level 3). The final level 4 has a double en-suite bedroom which is available for rent.
THE ROOM:
This is a great large double bed room with en suite bathroom, private landing in the corridor (which can be used as a space to work remotely) and a large private balcony. It's on its own top level of the house, giving a lot of privacy and independence.
The room has a large storage with several wardrobe sections along the wall. It has an additional set of drawers and a double bed with a comfy mattress.
The en-suite bathroom comes with a large shower. The balcony has two lounge beds and overlooks internal neighborhood garden below. If you like and care about plants, I am happy to leave some of them with you as I am leaving the country. The room and is quiet and spacious.
IDEAL FLATMATE: We are looking for a professional and considerate housemate. The house is really nice and big, and we care for it as our own home. It’s a very relaxed and friendly household. You will be sharing a house with two nice professionals, a Greek and an Italian. We are looking for someone friendly who is easy-going and enjoys a chat every now and then.
AVAILABILITY: The room will be available for rent from 1st November 2024.
